Stunning and particularly good location - not far from a mountain with Exclusive Road entrance that assures privacy, relaxation and rejuvenation, Lebanon, and Beyrouth. Also, in a very calm area. The rooms - nicely decorated, elegant with wonderful views and a BALCONY, as for instance. Savoury breakfast, a huge variety of food and beverages.

New year's at this hotel was an amazing experience! the complementary champagne and chocolate were a great way to start the celebrations. the location was perfect, we were surrounded by nature and had great views of the mountains. the room was comfortable and cozy, just what we needed for a winter getaway. We enjoyed the hot tub that was available on the balcony, it was the perfect way to relax after a day of snowshoeing.
That the TV channels were limited and reception wasn't great. we didn't come to watch TV so it wasn't a huge deal.

The staff seemed indifferent to our needs and requests, and the food was below average. the hotel was far from any nearby restaurants or stores, making it inconvenient to find other dining options.
